Republic Kitchen+Taphouse is an independent neighborhood restaurant created by the Latham families and Inland Northwest restaurateur Adam Hegsted. It occupies the restored 1910 Samuel and Ann Young House and serves creative pub food, brunch, cocktails, and rotating Northwest craft beer.
